Ms. Shruti K Shah is a practicing Advocate/ lawyer since 2004 in India and possess diverse experience in fields of IPR and commercial agreements. She is a Start-up Facilitator for Trademarks, appointed by Government of India.
She holds degrees of B.com, LL.B., LL.M. She has undergone training in advance IPR laws from Japan Patent Office, Tokyo, Japan.
She also holds (1) “Advance International Certificate in Intellectual Property Asset Management” from South Korean Intellectual Property Office, South Korea and (2) “Certificate in Intellectual Property Rights” from World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva, Switzerland.
Her past 14 years of experience includes practicing at Gujarat High Court, working with leading IPR law firms and corporates, working on IPR matters of diverse natures, delivering guest lectures at reputed institutes like Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar; Maharaja Sayaji Rao University, Vadodara; Unitedworld School of Business, Uvarsad and Ahmedabad Management Association, Ahmedabad.
She is providing pro bono services as an IP expert on various issues/concerns of Japanese Industries in a committee formed by Japan Government Organization since 2012 onwards.
She is also alumni member of the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) and its Gujarat Chapter AOTS Alumni Association of Gujarat (AAAG).
